This resource pathway is for those striving to achieve their best physical self. Yes, it includes the information and tools needed for long term weight management, however it is ideal for everyone, even if you are already at your ideal weight.
Improve your knowledge of weight management, nutrition, fitness, science of food metabolism, food education, intuitive eating, weight loss resources and more ! Add on individual coaching sessions with a master certified health, wellness, and lifestyle coach at a discount. If you are local to Smithfield, NC add on a fitness training sessions at a discount. August 5- 7pm-8pm (EST) - Get your gear to kickstart your journey- Find your focus and vision for your best self. Create individualized action steps and set attainable goals to align your health behaviors with your health goals.
August 12- 7pm-8pm (EST) -Learn the science behind food metabolism to understand how what you eat provides you energy, health, and weight optimization.
August 19-7pm-8pm (EST)- Discover how intuitive eating can help you not feel deprived when trying to improve your nutrition and food intake. Learn the concept of food not being “good or bad”, but as nutrition in moderation. Re-framing how you look at food and nutrition can be instrumental in maximizing your wellbeing and reaching your health goals.
August 26-7pm-8pm (EST)- -Learn about food groups, food substitutions, healthy recipes, and cooking techniques to maximize your health and weight optimization.
September 2-7pm-8pm (EST)- Understand how movement and exercise can improve your physical health, mental health, energy level, and overall well being. Gain tools to know where to start or how to accelerate if you are already on your path to fitness. We will close out the series with next steps and resources to continue your journey to your peak!
